How It All Began

Taking your first bite of Abba's Bagels fresh delicious warm bagel with some eggplant spread and Zchug, cream cheese and lox or just some butter, will transport you to a time when you had the best bagel sandwich in New York that one time.

We started making bagels because they are delicious to have in the house and, as an American living abroad, I missed being able to have a good bagel, every once in a while. Although I have only been making bagels for a short time, I have been making bread for a long time. Over the years I have incorporated tricks from professional bakers, professional Sabbas, Savtas, Abbas, Emmas, and by combining it all I have even developed my own style.

The more bagels I make, the better they get and my goal is for them to get better with ever order you receive.
